Returns are accepted within 14 days of your delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, free of any odors, and in the same condition that you received it. It must still have the tags attached. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please return your item with the original packing slip, to the address listed on your packing slip.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a store credit will be issued.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us at email@example.com within 3 days of your delivery date if you receive a defective or damaged item. We recommend if you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color that you return the original item and order the new item!
